Terms and conditions

By registering and having an account on waconsole.apipedia.id and accessing its subdomains, every user is bound by the terms & conditions of WAConsole.

Account

An account belongs to the account owner. Account access rights are solely owned by the account owner. Admins are not allowed to access an account without the account owner's prior approval. Account owners are required to maintain the confidentiality of their passwords.

Device

A device has a token that can be used for authorization when using the WAConsole API. The confidentiality of the token is absolute, and the account owner must safeguard it to prevent unauthorized use of the device.

Message History

WAConsole stores outgoing messages sent by each device through the API. This is done to confirm the delivery status and reception condition of the messages by the recipients. Messages can be deleted by the account owner at any time.

Tutorials & Documentation

All tutorial and documentation information is provided as a proof of concept (POC) and is not intended for production-ready use. Every user is required to understand and independently implement the provided code in the documentation and tutorials to make it production-grade.

Banning

Since WAConsole is an unofficial WhatsApp service, there is a possibility that your WhatsApp number may get banned by WhatsApp. If this happens, WAConsole does not ban the device but WhatsApp itself. Therefore, WAConsole strongly recommends using a secondary number that is not your primary/personal number. There will be a separate page explaining bans in more detail.

Support

WAConsole can only provide support for issues related to the use of the WAConsole dashboard, API, and webhook. WAConsole is not obligated to provide support beyond the usage of WAConsole, particularly regarding coding logic errors due to the user's coding ability.
