Your call will be transferred to a support technician for urgent matters outside office hours. Always provide a clear description of the problem so we can help you quickly and adequately.
Availability of software and gateways:
Our WhatsApp gateway software and API are very stable and we have 95.9% uptime. We continuously monitor our servers so we can intervene quickly when technical problems occur. For large maintenance operations, we will always provide warning when maintenance will be carried out.
Deliverability:
99.3% of messages are sent within 10 seconds (Send via API).
99.8% of messages are delivered within 20 seconds (Webhook Process).
waconsole always relies on third parties (Whatsapp Unofficial) and therefore we can never guarantee a number that is 100% safe from blocking.
Waconsole uses an automated backup system to keep the quality of our deliveries as high as possible.
Reimbursement:
If there is an uptime of less than 95% within one month, then the money back is 25%
If there is uptime of less than 85% within one month, then 50% money back
If within 1 month you cannot use this application at all due to technical problems, then you will get 100% money back.
Working hours:
From 08:00 to 19:00 (WIB or GMT +7) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, except Indonesia holidays.
